Your Right to Cancel the Purchase
You are entitled to cancel your purchase and request a refund or make a complaint within 30 days if the quality, type, or size of the product does not match your order. This 30-day period starts from the moment you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the last item of your order.

To meet the cancellation deadline, you simply need to send your communication about exercising the right to cancel before the 30-day period expires.

Exceptions to Cancellation Rights
Please note that you cannot cancel your order without a reason if it includes non-prefabricated items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• We strive to ensure that the colors in the auction photos are accurate. However, please be aware that there may be variations due to monitor differences.
• If the order contains incorrect product types or sizes due to customer error, exchanges or returns are not allowed. We are not responsible for incorrect choices, so please choose carefully. If in doubt, feel free to contact us.

Effects of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, we will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from being informed about your decision to cancel. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed; no fees will be charged for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or evidence of their return, whichever is sooner.

Please return the goods promptly, and no later than 14 days from notifying us of your decision to cancel. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period ends. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
